Production monitoring is different from general product inspections. In production monitoring our experts pick out defected products at different stages on the assembly line before they get to packaging. Every time a defect is found on a product, the product is either completely rejected or it is sent for reworking in order to bring it up to adequate quality standards

Why make use of our production monitoring services?

If the supplier’s products keep ending up rejected during normal product inspections because of recurring defects. Our production monitoring services are perfect for you. This would help save time, since products will not have to be held for re-work and re-inspections. Production monitoring would also drastically reduce the amount of defective products you end up paying for.

What is ATI’s production monitoring procedure?

  • A dedicated account manager would receive and record all specifications of your product. They would then develop a comprehensive quality control checklist for our QC inspector to use. The Qc checklist would include critical aspects of your product which are to be inspected at different stages of production.
  • Our quality control inspectors are highly trained to detect these issues, and they would take immediate action by informing the suppliers. Our inspector would be at the production line during the time your products are being manufactured.
  • We report are findings to you daily, in the form of a report. You can decide whether you want to accept the shipment or get products re-worked. We will then follow up with the factory and ensure they follow appropriate steps to rectify defects.

Our production monitoring services are dependent on our clients and are completely customisable. At times we have had to monitor factories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We work diligently to ensure that the specifications and quality standards of our clients are met.
